What we cannot help with
We cannot give medical advice, interpret symptoms, or tell you which frequency to use for a health condition — not because of caution, but because nobody can. If sound is part of how you manage something serious, the person to talk to is a clinician.
Response time
Usually a few days — this is one person, not a support desk. Bug reports that break a player for a whole platform jump the queue.
